What is a Healthy Organization? | The Rogers Group Executives

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy is that all organizations have access to the same customers and the same labor pool, yet some always rise to the top of their industry. When analyzed, the common ground always indicated that the successful organizations were in clear alignment around a common set of goals. Just as important, the people in the organization were trained not only on the technical skills, but also were developed to understand how their individual actions and decisions affected the organization as a whole.

Through many years of experience, we have concluded that consultants rarely (never) have as much knowledge as the composite of an organization's entire staff. Yet, by discovering dis-connects or mis-alignments, we can reveal the causes of stress on you, your people and on the bottom line. Only after understanding why these symptoms exist and the stress they cause, can a holistic solution be implemented to bring the organization back to full strength and profitability.

The Rogers Group has proven that the health of your organization will determine its grouth rate and profitability. Healthy organizations will always out-distance one riddled with "dis-ease" or one dominated by a few strong excutives.

 What is a Healthy Organization?

To achieve optimal health an organization must rid itself of “Dis-ease” and align itself from within.

Alignment consists of three factors:

All actions and decisions are made within the context of the overall strategic business plan.

The strategic plan takes into account the goals of the customers, the employees and the stockholders. The plan includes a clear set of values that everyone understands and agrees with.

People understand how to evaluate the consequences of their actions and have the attitudes and skills necessary to willingly carry out their functions.
