Dr. Tom Rogers developed a structured interview system to help select salespeople for our chain of automotive parts warehouses headquartered in Detroit—H&H Wheel Service, Inc.  The impact of his program is that the quality of salespeople our warehouse managers subsequently hired is substantially better than before.  Dr. Tom’s system is easy to use and understand as well as effective.

Dr. Tom conducted training sessions with our warehouse managers in order to introduce the selection program.  He was well-organized, energetic, and informative.  He also effectively utilized role plays to help our managers understand the interview system and the likely situations they’d encounter during the hiring process.

We were particularly impressed with Dr. Tom’s follow-thru.  When the training sessions were concluded, he stayed in contact with our managers, answering their questions as he coached them on following the hiring process.  It was this final step that cemented in our managers’ minds exactly what they needed to do to successfully work the interview system.

I highly recommend Dr. Tom as a Coach, Consultant, or Trainer.  He knows what it takes to make a payroll and build a strong business in a highly competitive environment.  And with his “in the trenches” approach, he works well with people at all different levels of a company.
