“Organizational X-Ray”
This highly interactive workshop is the first in a series written to create and maintain healthier organizations. The premise is to keep your organization healthy by sticking to the basics and concentrating its resources on what matters, i.e. results. By putting a price tag to critical areas of your business, you will have a clear understanding of what really works and what is bleeding profits. As the participants individually complete each exercise, they will see their business from a new perspective, one that will open eyes to profitability never thought possible.
Suggested participants: The entire executive team is necessary. Aside from understanding accountability in terms of dollars and cents, understanding the inter-relationship of departments is a key to prioritizing future investments of time and money.
