How do you create and maintain Healthy Organizations? We simply use the knowledge that already exists within your organization, develop the skills necessary to apply Them, and create the environment necessary to work toward one common vision. How can a healthier organization benefit me? We cannot answer this question unless we understand your current position and what improvements you wish to implement. Only then can we evaluate if we can benefit your organization. How can we determine if your firm is a great choice? We need to spend some serious time with the executive(s) in order to fully appreciate and understand each other's capabilities. Since we tend to become an extension of your business, we place a great deal of importance on our ability to work with you and your staff. If you can be of assistance, does this mean you deliver a canned program? No, every organization is at a different point with a unique situation. As a result, every program is designed to take you from your present to your vision of the future. How much does it cost? It will require an investment of time, money and a willingness to change for improvement. Ordinarily, we are able to work within your budget. We will not accept any assignments where the client cannot devote sufficient resources to implement a return on their investment. Do you charge by the hour or by the day? Neither, your investment is on a project basis. We do this for several reasons: You understand and can budget monies upfront. You and your people can feel free to call us to discuss situations or questions when we are not on site. We are able to demonstrate to you that we are now working toward the same common goal as you, and are not looking for ways to get more money out of our clients. When completed do you just walk away? No, first it is our intent to leave when your staff is able to continuously improve without us. It is not unusual for a client to call us long after the project is completed.
